I wrote... My friend and I stayed at the Triangle Oasis Motel in Winkler Manitoba. I have to say we were very unhappy with the service we received as well as the room itself. This is what we experienced, during check in the woman was very rude, and unprofessional, when I asked her if they had wifi she said yes, as long as you have a mts account, well that is fine but my Ipad will NOT connect to my account I have in my home, she didn't seem to want to listen to what i was telling her , that my I pad isn't like a phone it is not through mts , so I was wanting a password to log in to their wifi but she never even comprehended that idea, she just got angry over it and kept saying if your with mts it will work, well it did not! Then the way she spoke to us as if we were stupid, not in a manner I would expect when I stay at a motel! The room smelled horrible , door lock was awful couldnt turn the key at all, and the remote did not work! The one comforter had a huge hole in it, and when we checked out I would expect this woman to ask how was your stay , she said nothing besides checking out and walked away! I was furious , maybe she treated us that way because Im pregnant and dont have a ring, maybe its because my friend has a disability, but whatever the reason for her attitude is uncalled for and WE will NEVER go back there!!! ONLY good thing was the supper buffet , but even there some of the severs were down right rude! Oh and it cost us 96.00 for that!!!!
